Guest registration and arrival identification, without the clipboard.
FeelPass gives your front desk a structured, encrypted arrival check that guests complete before they reach the lobby. Reviewers confirm identity in person. Reporting runs on a separate duty — never on the same screen.
No credit card. No long contract. Your data is encrypted, scoped per property, and deleted when reporting is accepted.

Reviewer confirms presence. Decision is recorded. Reporting runs separately.
How it works
Three steps. Guests register on their phone, reviewers confirm presence at the property, and FeelPass coordinates the reporting duty with the Alloggiati Web receipt kept for five years. The identification archive is deleted.
-
1
Guest receives an opaque link
A random token, no name in the URL. The guest completes identity fields on their own device before arriving.
-
2
Reviewer confirms presence
A human reviewer at the entrance checks identity in person or via a live video initiated from the property device.
-
3
Reporting runs separately
Reporting accepts the Alloggiati Web receipt. Identification data is then deleted. Only the receipt is kept for five years.
What you get
Plain-language features. Nothing about certification — what the system does, and what it does not do.
Encrypted guest links
Opaque tokens, hashed at rest, expiring. No PII in URLs.
Human decision only
No biometric automation. A reviewer with MFA makes the call.
No recording
No video, audio, or frames stored. The arrival check is metadata only.
Tenant isolation
API keys are scoped per environment and per property.
Delete on acceptance
Identification data is removed when reporting is accepted.
Five-year receipt
Only the Alloggiati receipt is retained — not a guest archive.
